Dear Shri Mahadevan,

Dr. Kariath is gem of a person who wants to do everything without delegating any work to his subordinates. we are proud of him that we are getting salaries in time without working. Moreover biozeen is like a resort. Thanks once again to Dr. kariath for his gesture.

Regards

Dear Sir,

Congrats and good wishes to you.

As others said i was also there for a short stint. No responsibility, no direction, no strategy and everwhere Dr. kariath pokes his nose and will not delegate any responsibility to anyone. He has brought his son-in-law with high paid salary for the profile it doesnt suit. Kariath has good skill of divide and rule policy and he adopts it. Such a sadist i have never seen in my entire career. He is fir to be a boss ad not a leader. I hope you should not have teething problem with Dr. kariath.

Regards

Vijay

Dear Shri Mahadevan,

Nice if you had joined during my short tenure at Biozeen. Everybodys view on Dr. Kariath is disgusting. His team only involves Eldho, Nathalie, Kamala, Gopal, Sarin, etc whom he believes and what they say is ultimatum. We had an excellent team in Bioprocess Engineering as well as in Consulting but due to the negative attitude of Dr. Kariath everbody started vacating. Though i was on contract Dr. Kariath didnt have the courtesy to say good bye to me on my last day at Biozeen and he escaped by proceeding on tour. I also understand that same thing happened with one of the senior colleague in Marketing wherein he was asked to leave and his notice period amount not his leave was repaid. It looks ridiculous to take note of the situation.

There is lot of negative energy at Biozeen and one enters the company within a short time they start regretting. As per the records a minimum of 10 to 15 personnel leave Biozeen every month and this attrition rate is too high whi

Dear Mr. Mahadevan,

I was in the accounts department for a period of 3 years. 3 years quitely passed without any improvement in the work culture nor the salary. We used to call biozeen as kariath's adda as he ruled the whole show. He never used to have direct involvement with us an we never used to get motivated. Biozeen is pathetic and god have to save this company. Even Mr. baby is not worried about the wrong happening in the company. Wish you all the best.

Thanks

Dear Mr. Mahadevan,

Though i was there for a short period i could see that BiOZEEN has no business ethics. In that way my earlier organisation Scigenics was much better and we had all the freedom. Dr. Kariath's one man show attitude & dominance over his employees is one bad effect on the motivation of employee and also on the growth of company.

Dr. Kariath has his troup of people and he runs the company accordingly. No views, no statergy, no direction, no motivation and people join and leave within short time and i am an example of the same.

There is no diversification statergy by Kariath and the only draw back was non involvement of Mr. Baby to monitor what is happening around. I understand that Mr, Cherian was a professional and if he was there he would have guided the company in the right way. However with your induction we should hear changes from our friends at BiOZEEN. All the best and good luck.

Dear Mr. Mahadevan

I completely disagree with the below comments by Mr.Jacob
I really dont know in what sense he has commented like this.
Dr. Kariath is one of the best Bio technologists available in the world. he is a gift to India like country, because he is a blend of Bio process and Engineering, his innovative ideas are so helpful to the world of biotech industry.
Its a great loss to Biozeen, I am really sorry for this, Biozeen is losing him, am really sorry. people like Dr.Kariath is very rare to find in world's biotech market. I wish you all the best you and at the same time I advice, you must get motivated from him and try to give your best to the Biozeen

Warm Regards
Dr.Matula

Dear Mr. Mahadevan,

All the best and welcome to BiOZEEN. We look forward for a drastic change in the wrong culture & attitude cultivated by Dr. Kariath. Dr. Kariath was only a boss and not a leader. He had a circle of people whom he was confident of and rest for him were useless as per him. Lot of good talent pool at BiOZEEN was lost due to Dr. Kariath who never accepted new ideas and had clear mind set as to what others should do inspite it being wrong.

In the coming days under your leadership i presume things to take shape.

Regards
Jacob
